Sala7ly is a modern platform for booking maintenance and repair services, connecting customers with skilled and verified technicians. All services are delivered based on your request, at the time and place you choose, with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
2. User Requirements
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and current information. Sala7ly reserves the right to suspend or delete any account with false or misleading data.
3. Booking and Payment
- Customers can book services and schedule appointments directly through the app.
- Prices are transparent and displayed before you confirm your order.
- Payment is available by cash or electronically, depending on what is supported in your area.
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before a technician is dispatched. If the order is cancelled after technician arrival or work commencement, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Warranty Policy
- Customers receive a one-month warranty on maintenance work performed by a Sala7ly technician.
- You must keep the official service statement/receipt with the service date clearly visible. Any alterations, scratching, or erasure of the receipt voids the warranty.
- The warranty is also void if a third-party technician works on the same problem after the original service.
- Sala7ly is not responsible for any direct dealings between customers and technicians outside the company's knowledge or approval.
5. Spare Parts
- Purchasing spare parts is entirely the customer's responsibility.
- If the technician buys parts on your behalf, you will receive an official price statement from the nearest available store.
6. Technician Access
- Sometimes, the technician may need to enter your home or premises to complete the requested service.
- Sala7ly carefully selects and trains its technicians, but customers remain responsible for their personal belongings during the visit.

- While Sala7ly takes great care in selecting technicians, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property unless due to proven direct negligence by a company employee.
- The company is not liable for damages resulting from non-original spare parts or from any dealings made outside the official app.
8. User Conduct
- Customers are expected to treat technicians respectfully and act in good faith at all times.
- Any abuse or inappropriate behaviour may result in service suspension without notice.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- All customer data is treated confidentially and used solely to provide and improve the service.
